By creating an account or using DailyInThree, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
DailyInThree is operated by Diego Pizzoli, a private individual based in Italy.
DailyInThree is a minimalist productivity app that helps you focus on three tasks per day. Each day you choose up to three things to work on; the app provides an integrated timer to help you work on them one at a time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 14 years old to use DailyInThree. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 14, we will delete their account and all associated data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time directly from the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data will be erased.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

DailyInThree is currently available for free. A Pro plan is planned for a future release and will be offered as an optional in-app purchase through Apple's App Store.
When the Pro plan becomes available, all pricing, billing terms, and cancellation procedures will be clearly communicated before any charge is made. Subscription management and refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their policies.
The DailyInThree app, its design, logo, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Diego Pizzoli. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.
The content you create within the app (your task text) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your content.
DailyInThree is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures. We recommend not using DailyInThree as your only record of important information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diego Pizzoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use DailyInThree.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, as required by Italian and EU law.
You may stop using DailyInThree and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. All your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of DailyInThree after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
